Urbansphere Ventures's Refund Policy is designed to guide you through this process and ensure your satisfaction. 
 

Eligibility for Refund 
 

To qualify for a refund, the item must meet the following criteria: 
 

  • It must be unused and in its original condition. 
  • All tags must be attached to the item. 
  • The return must be initiated within 48 hours from the date of delivery. 
     

Non-Refundable Items:  Please note that certain items cannot be refunded due to hygiene or personalization reasons. These include intimate wear, accessories, and personalized/customized products. 

 

Returns Process 

 

To start a return: 
 

  • Log in to your account and go to the "My Orders" section. 
  • Follow the provided instructions to generate a return request. 
  • Clearly state the reason for the return and include any necessary supporting documentation. 

Our customer support team will carefully review your request and assist you throughout the return process. 
 

Refunds (If Applicable) 
 

Upon receiving your returned item and completing the inspection, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. This email will also notify you whether your refund request has been approved or denied. Please expect a processing time of approximately 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed.
